Our partnership with executives is the foundation for our investment thesis. As we expect our executive to manage the business post acquisition, we provide the executive team a meaningful equity ownership in the company.

Our portfolio companies can leverage Acquisto’s infrastructure and relationships in India to quickly scale resources such as talented engineers, marketing team etc., to help reduce our portfolio companies’ operating expenses.
Acquisto acquires middle market growth-oriented companies with revenues typically between $10 and $150 million. We partner with world class executives to help them realize their vision of owning meaningful equity stakes in companies as they work diligently to grow them into market leaders.
We are typically industry agnostic. Our focus is on the ability of a platform company to grow organically and through strategic acquisitions, where deal-multiple arbitrage can be achieved through scale.
